Global Care Force delivers frontline healthcare where access has been disrupted. Our volunteer teams of licensed physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals deploy alongside a dedicated in-country field team that coordinates operations, logistics, and local engagement.
Together, they work within the local healthcare environment, bringing clinical expertise and additional capacity while helping care continue from one deployment to the next.
IN-COUNTRY FIELD PRESENCE

Our in-country field team maintains local relationships, monitors evolving needs, coordinates operations and logistics, and prepares for each incoming volunteer team. Their presence connects one deployment to the next.
REPEAT VOLUNTEER DEPLOYMENTS

Licensed physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, and other skilled volunteers provide additional capacity through sustained, repeat deployments rather than isolated missions.
LOCAL COORDINATION

Global Care Force coordinates with health authorities, humanitarian organizations, healthcare providers, and local partners so our work responds to identified needs and complements existing services.
CONNECTED CARE
Extending care beyond the clinic visit.
Our work can include primary care, mental health and psychosocial support, pharmaceutical distribution, and referral pathways that help connect patients with additional treatment when needed.

Global Care Force serves as a force multiplier—deploying skilled medical professionals where healthcare systems and local networks remain in place but require additional capacity.
Rather than replacing local providers, our goal is to work alongside them. Through clinical collaboration, peer-to-peer learning, and coordination with local partners, GCF helps reinforce the systems and people already serving their communities.
