Dr. Lev Prystupiuk serves as Chief Medical Director for Global Care Force, leading the organization’s medical operations and clinical strategy in Ukraine. Since joining GCF in 2022, he has overseen the delivery of healthcare services to vulnerable populations, including communities impacted by the ongoing war and those living in recently de-occupied regions.

A physician specializing in internal medicine and endocrinology, Dr. Prystupiuk earned his medical degree with honors from Bogomolets National Medical University in Kyiv, Ukraine. His training has included international clinical and academic experience in Italy, Spain, China, and the United Kingdom, and his research has been published in both Ukrainian and international medical journals.

Beyond his clinical work, Dr. Prystupiuk has held leadership roles in medical, academic, and humanitarian organizations and has participated in relief efforts both in Ukraine and internationally. He currently serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Endocrinology at Bogomolets National Medical University and remains committed to advancing access to quality healthcare for underserved communities.

Dr. Yevhenii “Eugene” Onofriichuk serves as Deputy Medical Director and Field Team Leader for Global Care Force in Ukraine. Since joining GCF in 2023 while still completing medical school, he has participated in more than 27 medical deployments, helping deliver healthcare services to vulnerable communities across southern and eastern Ukraine. A physician specializing in Internal Medicine, Dr. Onofriichuk earned his medical degree from Bogomolets National Medical University in Kyiv and completed residency training in Internal Medicine before transitioning into emergency medicine. His clinical interests include cardiovascular emergencies, acute neurological conditions, chronic disease management, and palliative care.

Prior to joining GCF, Dr. Onofriichuk volunteered with the Lviv Opir Volunteer Hub, supporting frontline medical supply operations following the outbreak of war in Ukraine. Through his work with Global Care Force, he helps lead field medical teams, supports international volunteers, and works to ensure patients in underserved and war-affected communities receive compassionate, high-quality care.

Liubov Halisevych serves as Clinic Administrator for Global Care Force in Ukraine, helping coordinate field operations and support the delivery of medical care to communities affected by war. Since May 2023, she has participated in every GCF deployment in Ukraine, playing a vital role in ensuring clinics operate efficiently and patients receive timely, compassionate care.

Prior to joining Global Care Force, Liubov worked in the field of special education, supporting children on the autism spectrum and helping them achieve their educational goals. Her professional background in education, combined with her organizational skills and commitment to service, has enabled her to successfully transition into humanitarian operations. A native of Kyiv, Ukraine, Liubov is passionate about serving vulnerable communities and helping people navigate difficult circumstances with dignity and hope. She values teamwork, cross-cultural collaboration, and the opportunity to connect volunteers from around the world with the communities they serve.
