Port Orange, Florida Physician Assistant James Marcum will return to Ukraine for a third time September to serve with Global Care Force’s Mobile Medical Teams. He spoke with MyNews13 in Orlando about the distress he felt on his second trip last year, especially witnessing the growing number of amputees, from children to the elderly, on the streets and in the refugee centers.
