Global Care Force Blood Drive

Community Blood Center must collect almost 600 units of blood daily to meet the needs of area hospital patients. As there is no substitute for blood, we rely on volunteer donors like you to supply the life-saving blood and blood components to hospitals in Kansas and Missouri.

Every drop saves lives, just like our volunteers do every day. Help us give back by signing up to donate.

Hundreds of people attended the inaugural Harvest Wine Dinner on Oct. 6, 2024 at the picturesque Bourgmont Winery Bucyrus, Kan. Guests enjoyed a beautifully curated, multi-course meal featuring farm-to-table cuisine by Green Dirt Farm, perfectly paired with locally crafted wines from Bourgmont Winery.

For Mishel Muzychuk, PA, watching the war unfold in Ukraine was deeply personal. Born in Ukraine, she felt helpless and wanted to do something. Through an online search, she discovered Global Care Force, which sends medical volunteers to Ukraine each month. With the Mobile Medical Team, Mishel treated over 300 patients in seven locations.

The experience was eye-opening, rewarding, and transformative for Mishel. Join us for an online conversation as she shares her journey of giving back to her homeland and the profound impact of serving others.
