Did you hear the one about a doctor who told jokes on the side? It’s no joke! When Global Care Force volunteer Jeremy Jones, MD, isn’t caring for patients in his medical practice, you can find him at Black Rabbit Comedy, a nonprofit comedy club in Austin, Texas.
Earlier this year, Dr. Jones served in Ukraine with Global Care Force’s Mobile Medical Teams, providing primary care and medications to people in villages left without access to health care.
He recently joined National Defense Radio Show host Randy Miller to talk about his volunteer service in Ukraine and his unique journey, from West Point graduate and Army veteran to physician and founder of a comedy club to help new comedians find their voice.
